MEMORIES OF TOMORROW
“Vauban” barriers, galvanized steel
13,5 x 13,5 x 2,3 m | 182 m²
“Memories of Tomorrow” is a modular artwork, which was converted into a monumental installation at the Tuileries gardens in Paris, culminating in a performance at the city’s “Nuit Blanche”. In an unexpected encounter between Vauban's barriers and the classic French style gardens, “Memories of Tomorrow” creates an ephemeral architecture, which reveals new paths in the public space.
