Conceived as an endlessly unfurling wave, Difference et Répétition is based on Gille Deleuze’s principle of difference and repetition, the differing of difference itself. In its refusal to set limits and in its multiple functionalities (as a reception area, a public space, an art teaching venue), this project opens up a definition of architecture as future and infinity, as sequential art.
