A home is not a hole is a minimal housing, like a cell, which disturbs our capacity to identify what is architecture according to classical caracteristics, in order to reach a certain sensitivity. The installation was presented for the first time at the occasion of the exhibition La Maison Magique, in 2016. The invited architects, Atelier Bow Wow and Didier Fiuza Faustino choose to work with a unique material with a cyclical logic of production. This material, the wood, used to build both architectures was picked in Portugal and will be sent back there, later on, with the will of environmental respect and following reflection about the recycling of ephemeral architectures.
